Returns & Refunds Policy

Please Read Carefully!

These terms only apply to orders placed on RADBMXSHOP.CO.UK.

If you would like to return an item, please call us to obtain a returns number in advance of sending it back.

All items must be returned in as new condition and in the original packaging. Please remember to write the returns number and a description of why you are sending the item back and what you would like us to do (i.e. refund, exchange, swap, etc.). Refunds will not include postage unless we sent you the incorrect item. This does not affect yor statutory rights. You have 7 days from receipt of your goods.

Paypal is refunded to you as a refund via your Paypal account. Credit/Debit Cards are paid back to the same account. All other refunds are issued by cheque.

Warranty Claims
Please email us with any warranty claims, include a description of the problem together with a picture showing the issue. Also include your order/invoice number.
